By accessing or using FreemiumPDF ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Description of service

FreemiumPDF provides free, browser-based utilities for tasks such as file conversion, image editing, calculations, text processing, and developer utilities. Tools are provided "as is" and are subject to change, addition, or removal at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you do not have the right to process (e.g. copyrighted material without permission);
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure;
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the site in a way that sends excessive requests or degrades service for others;
• Upload malicious files (viruses, malware) to any tool that accepts file uploads.

No warranty

Tools such as PDF converters, document converters, and image tools are provided for general and informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, FreemiumPDF makes no guarantees about the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any result, and results should not be relied upon as professional (financial, medical, legal, or tax) advice. File processing

Most tools process files locally in your browser. Where a tool processes files on our server (see our Privacy Policy for the current list), uploaded files are deleted automatically after processing and are not reviewed by us except automatically, to perform the requested operation.

Advertising

FreemiumPDF is supported by third-party advertising. Ads are served by independent ad networks and their content is not endorsed by FreemiumPDF. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers or the sites they link to.

Intellectual property

The FreemiumPDF name, logo, and site design are the property of FreemiumPDF. Files you upload or create using the tools remain your own property — we claim no ownership over your content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreemiumPDF and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including but not limited to data loss or file corruption.

Changes to the service or terms

We may modify or discontinue any tool, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
